I am writing this for my husband, Bill Pinadella, because he is a man of few words, and I feel this review deserves more detail. Dr. Richard Hiler and staff are beyond AMAZING!
Bill has pretty severe chronic neuropathy pain (non-Type 2 diabetic) from many spine and knee surgeries that got progressively worse over the last 18 months. It was impacting almost every aspect of his life.
It was stated by other doctors there is nothing that can be done. The next step is to have a spinal cord stimulator surgically implanted to dull the pain. While that is a safe procedure, he doesn’t want any more surgery. Surgery should be a last resort after other options are explored. I found Dr. Hiler via an online search for “the best neuropathy doctor”. And a second later, I was looking at Dr. Hiler's profile!
Bill is doing fantastic after just 8 treatments. The pain is reduced. His gait is improving. He’s happy again! He is getting his life back! We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hiler and staff!

I had my first appointment with Dr Hiler yesterday. I have seen numerous chiropractors over the past 35 years in different states we lived in. I would say that between Sonja and Dr Hiler it was the most thorough, comprehensive intake and first appointment that I have ever experienced.
I am in great difficulty physically and there are a number of issues that I am hopeful he can help with from neuropathy to sciatica to just name two. Dr Hiler seems kind, caring, knowledgeable and I fervently hope he can help me.
Tomorrow will be my 2nd appointment and we will discuss my treatment plan...
One reason I sought out this clinic and Dr Hiler is that along with the chiropactic care they offer other therapies as well. I do believe patients need to be treated holistically.

Had my first appointment for neuropathy that I’ve been suffering for 12 years. They were very thorough and going through everything with me and testing me. I feel confident that I will get some relief from the pain that I’ve been in looking forward to my treatments and feeling normal again, I highly recommend this Doctor.

Secured a new set of LED therapy lights that will allow me to continue treatment at home --- Experienced a new balance therapy machine (forgot name) that was marvelous at bringing some feeling back in my feet, at least on a temporary basis

My first visit with Dr. Hiler was on September 9. I am suffering from non diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
A beautiful office and great staff. Dr. Hiler has expertise with neuropathy and various treatments available. I will continue with treatments in the hope of avoiding surgery to implant a spinal stimulator. I recommend Dr. Hiler and his team!

I subscribe to the philosophy of establishing good health practices and maintenance of them. Chiropractic is the foundation of that goal for me. Dr. Krischanowski is keeping me in good shape to succeed! He's able to identify things before they become problems. I have complete confidence in his ability and knowledge because I am living the life I want in great health and physical condition. Why wait for something to go wrong?

I was in severe pain before I found this practice. Within two weeks of adjustments and spinal decompression the pain is about 90% gone! Everyone there is friendly, professional, and caring. Dr Hiler and Dr. Edwards are top in their field. So happy I found this place!
