Very clean and professional place! The staff is very polite and courteous, and know their jobs for efficient service. The Dr. Hiler has taken great care for my back and has even taken me in when there was no open appointments when I pinched a nerve, and for that I’m grateful. The trainer Shaun is very knowledgeable about getting me back in to shape as to keep my back in better condition. He also pays attention to what I say if I’m ever concerned about a exercise or feeling while doing a exercise as to make sure I’m not getting hurt! So far I’m a very pleased customer and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I have. Big thanks to the team at Hiler’s spine institute. You guys are great

i was in a lot of pain and discomfort and called last minute to see if i could get in..
it had been about 3 months since i had her. in.. The girls got me in and i also for an appoint with Janet for some injections..
I feel so much better today ..

I was very satisfied with Dr. Hilers adjustment! He always adjusts my neck and back and gets it in proper alignment! This adjustment is very important to me and keeps me feeling so much better!

Dr. Hiler is by far the best chiropractor I have ever had! I have several diagnoses, and he always modifies the adjustments based on my symptoms and what’s going on neurologically. He has diverse knowledge in Neurology, chiropractic care, physical injuries. I also receive infrared therapy and sound therapy to restore memory, comprehension and other brain functions. Shaun, the personal trainer, customizes his sessions with me as well (I.e. strengthening, coordination, and of course his awesome stretches!) Heat and ice help me recover, too. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly, and get tasks done very fast.
I highly recommend Hiler Chiropractic and Neurology to everyone!

I wish that after coming there for over a year I would have the same level of acknowledgment and care about payment as I do in treatment.
It’s always a hassle. Last time a girl said I underpaid the visit before. Which wasn’t true. I asked to see the visit record and she became flustered and rude. Someone else came over and it turns out It was from last December when my insurance didn’t pay the whole amount. They couldn’t explain why. When I asked what had happened she couldn’t explain and just said I under paid and needed to pay more. I was not going to just pay without knowing what or why. She couldn’t explain. Another person came over and looked at the chart and was rude to me because I was asking for clarity. She said the first girl was trying. Frequently they make a deal about needing authorization from my insurance and that’s why they need more $. I’ve had the same insurance for 20+ years. My prior Chiropractors kept up in keeping the authorization current and never had issues or hassled me about it.
The thing is I pay every visit and I am happy to pay. However, they’ve gotten the amounts wrong more than once not being clear of what treatment I received or they’ve hassled me about my insurance. They make it feel very uncomfortable.
I’ve referred others to this office and I’ve heard similar complaints from them so much so I’m considering not referring. Most front office are very very pleasant but sometimes the attitudes make me feel like I’m a suspected criminal trying to sneak out without paying.
I wish one pleasant person with some knowledge would handle payments and be willing to explain without obvious frustration if there are questions. Customer service is excellent in every other way but I dread the $ part. I try to be very pleasant with one person especially or she gets rude quickly. This shouldn’t be a regular occurrence. It’s also uncomfortable to have these conversations in a filled waiting room and I’ve overheard others having similar issues.
I might not ever have said anything but I was pestered with this survey in a couple ways after last visit. Keep offering great healthcare and start bringing the financial care up to that level.
